All orders are subject to our separate Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
